Sandy Parkes

Sandy Parkes is Vice President, Human Resources at F2G, where she leads the development of the company’s global HR organization, processes, systems, programs, and infrastructure to support operational excellence and continued growth. In her role, she establishes HR governance frameworks, partners closely with the global leadership team, and helps strengthen the organization’s human capital capabilities across clinical, regulatory, and commercial functions. Prior to joining F2G, she held senior human resources roles at Spero Therapeutics, SK Life Science, Quest Diagnostics and Daiichi Sankyo, where she supported organizational growth, workforce planning, talent development, and HR business partnering across life sciences and healthcare organizations. She holds a Master of Science in HR Management from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University-Newark.
